Refund policy


The items you want to return must be returned by mail within 30 days from the date of reception of your package. After this period, we will unfortunately not be able to offer you any refund or exchange.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange for any damaged item or which shows obvious signs of wear.

Any refund will be made with the same method of payment as used initially when paying for items.


Sale items

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, the sale items are final sale and can not be returned.



The shipping costs to return or exchange an item to us are at your expense. These shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we take care of the shipping costs of the new item (only in Canada), only after receiving the item at exchange that you have previously sent to us. A delay of 2 to 7 working days before the shipment of the new item is to be expected.

For any order, once your package is sent, you will receive a tracking email from Canada Post with a tracking number. You will then be responsible for ensuring the receipt of your package by regularly monitoring it using your tracking number.

Les Ateliers Swenn Inc. is not responsible for lost, not pick up on time, stolen or damaged shipments.

If your package ends up on hold at your local post office and you exceed Canada Post's deadlines to retrieve it, Les Ateliers Swenn Inc. is not responsible for returning the package to our offices and the shipping fees will not be refunded, then the new return costs will be charged to you.

Do not forget to add to your return package a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.
