Have you found the perfect item in our products? Perfect! But how long will you wait before being able to proudly wear it?

The processing time of your order can vary from 2 to 7 working days.

If you have chosen a fast delivery method, your order will be treated first.

Delivery times


Standard deliveries are made with Canada Post.

Shipping fees are free for all orders over 100 $CAD of purchase before taxes in Canada only. Free deliveries are shipped in standard parcels and delivered to your home without the need for a signature.

Here are the deadlines for parcel deliveries in Canada:

International parcels are shipped with Canada Post. Various options are possible depending on the country of delivery. However, the deadlines are variable and SWENN can not guarantee delivery times.

Shipping fees

Delivery charges are only displayed before payment; indeed we need to know the destination to evaluate the cost of delivery.


The shipping costs to return or exchange an item to us are at your expense. These shipping costs are non-refundable.For exchanges, we take charge of the shipping costs of the new item (only in Canada), only after receiving the item at exchange that you have previously sent to us. A delay of 2 to 7 working days before the shipment of the new item is to be expected.

For any order, when sending your package, you will receive a tracking email from Canada Post with a tracking number. You will then be responsible for ensuring the receipt of your package by regularly following it using your tracking number.

If your package ends up on hold at your local post office and you exceed Canada Post's deadlines to retrieve it, Les Ateliers Swenn Inc. is not responsible for returning the package to our offices and the shipping fees will not be refunded, then the new return costs will be charged to you.



Les Ateliers Swenn Inc. is not responsible for the destination country tax and/or customs fees if incurred. The buyer will be responsible for all restrictions, duties, taxes and other charges levied from the country of destination.
