You have 30 days from receipt of your order to request a refund.

After this period, no refund can be issued.

Items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

Any item showing signs of wear, damage, or requiring cleaning may not be eligible for a refund.

Regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.

Sale or promotional items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

💰 RETURN FEES

For orders within Canada, returns are free.

For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

❌ ORDER CANCELLATION

If an order is canceled before shipment, PayPal or Shopify transaction fees may be deducted from the refunded amount, depending on the situation.

🎟️ USE OF PROMOTIONAL CODES

Promotional codes occasionally included in our parcels are offered as a thank-you gesture and are intended for use on a future order only.

They cannot be used in the context of returning an item in order to repurchase it after a refund.

In such cases, SWENN reserves the right to refuse the refund or cancel the use of the promotional code.

Promotional codes are valid for a single use per customer and must be applied to a new, separate order.
